Delete your Music24 account

This page tells you how to delete your account in the Music24 app (web, iPhone, iPad and Android), made by Hernas OÜ, and what happens to your data.

Delete the account yourself

  1. Sign in at music24.com/app. In the iPhone or Android app, open Settings > Account > Delete account, which opens the same page.
  2. Open Settings > Account.
  3. Under Danger zone, select Delete account, then confirm.

The deletion starts at once. You cannot undo it.

If you are a member of a team workspace, leave the team first. Only the owner can delete a workspace.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address of your Music24 account, with the subject "Delete my Music24 account". We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription that you bought in the App Store or in Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple account settings or in Google Play > Subscriptions, or the store keeps charging you.

Data we delete

  • Your email address and your profile. The account cannot be used again.
  • Your Apple and Google sign-in links. We also revoke the Apple sign-in token.
  • Your SmartLinks, their versions, widgets and social links.
  • Your pre-save campaigns and the fan subscriptions they collected.
  • Your scheduled posts, promotion campaigns and connected social channels.
  • Your connected artist accounts and their stored sign-ins, artist portal data, followed artists, tracks and playlists, and the files you uploaded.
  • Your team workspace and its pending invites. Team members keep their own accounts and move to a workspace of their own.

Data we keep

  • Payment and invoice records, because tax law requires them. They no longer contain your email address, and our payment providers (Stripe, Apple, Google) keep their own records under their own policies.
  • Statistics that do not identify you, such as total SmartLink clicks.
  • Copies in our encrypted backups, until those backups expire within 30 days.
