Create an account and sign in

There is no separate signup. The first time you sign in, we create your account and your own workspace. Every new account starts with a 7-day trial of the full Manager plan, with no card.

Sign in with an email code

Open music24.com/app or the Music24 app.
Type your address in Email and select Continue.
We send a 6-digit code to that address. Open the email.
Type the code in Verification code. The code goes in by itself when all 6 digits are there, or select Verify & continue.

A code works for 15 minutes. After 5 wrong tries it stops working, and you need a new one. Resend code sends a new code and cancels the old one, so always use the newest email.

Sign in with Google or Apple

Under or continue with, select Google or Apple. On the iPhone app, the Apple button is the system Sign in with Apple button. Google sign-in needs a verified Google email address.

Google or Apple with the same email address as your Music24 account opens that same account. You can use the email code and a social sign-in side by side.

If you choose Hide My Email in the Apple sign-in, Apple gives us a relay address. That relay address becomes the email of a new Music24 account, separate from an account on your real address. To keep one account, share your real email with Apple, or sign in with the email code.

Which email addresses work

We do not accept disposable addresses. If you see "Use a permanent email address. We do not accept disposable addresses.", sign in with an address you keep.

To stop abuse, one address can ask for 5 codes an hour. When you reach a limit, wait and try again later.

Questions

I did not get the sign-in code. What do I do?

Check your spam folder, then select Resend code. Each new code cancels the one before, so use the newest email. If the code still does not arrive, email [email protected].

Does Music24 have a password?

No. You sign in with a one-time email code, Google or Apple. There is no password to forget.

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. Signing in creates your account with a 7-day trial of the full Manager plan. When the trial ends, the account moves to Free. There is one trial per person: an email address or an Apple or Google sign-in that had a trial before, also on a deleted account, gets no second one.
