Promote: releases, posts and videos

Promote is where you make the images and videos of each song, plan its posts and publish to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Threads.

Promote holds the tools to push a release on social media. Open the Promote group in the sidebar. It has these screens:

Smartlinks: your SmartLink and pre-save pages. A post can point to one.
Releases: one page for each song of your catalog, with its assets and its plan. See Make the assets of a song.
Studio: make one image or short video for a song, the AI reel included. It replaced Reel Studio.
Composer: write one post and send it to several channels. See Compose and schedule a post.
Calendar: three weeks of posts, with the status of each one. See Calendar and post statuses.
Library: everything you made, by song.
Channels: connect your social accounts, or save a handle and post by hand.

How posting works

Each artist has five channels: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Threads. Connect a channel for auto-posting and we publish at the hour you pick. Save only a handle, and we email you the caption and the media when the post is due, so you can post it yourself. See Connect social channels.

Where you see the results

Open Your intelligence → Performance. It counts the posts that went out, one bar per day. The platforms do not report reach, views or follower growth to us yet, so Performance does not show them.

A red count on Calendar shows the posts that failed to publish in the last 30 days. A count on Channels shows the accounts that need a new sign-in.

Promote in the iPhone and Android apps

The apps have the same Promote group. Its screens open as web pages inside the app, and you stay signed in.

Your plan sets how many social accounts you can connect and how many posts and video credits you get each month. See Monthly quotas.
