Cancel your plan
Cancel a web plan in Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Where you cancel depends on where you bought the plan. A plan bought on the web is cancelled on the web. A plan bought in the iPhone or Android app is cancelled in the App Store or Google Play.
Cancel a plan you bought on the web
- Open Settings → Subscription at music24.com/app. You must be the workspace owner.
- Choose Manage Subscription. The Stripe billing page opens in a new tab.
- Choose to cancel the subscription and confirm. Stripe shows the date your plan ends before you confirm.
Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Settings → Subscription shows that date as Current access until. Then your account moves to Free, and nothing more is charged.
Cancel a plan you bought in the app
- iPhone: open Settings → Subscription in the Music24 app and choose Manage in the App Store, or open your Apple subscriptions. Cancel Music24 there.
- Android: open Settings → Subscription in the Music24 app and choose Manage in Google Play, or open your Google Play subscriptions. Cancel Music24 there.
We cannot cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription for you. The store keeps the plan on until the end of the period you paid for.
After the plan ends
Your account moves to Free. Published pages stay live and nothing is deleted. See What changes when the trial ends or you downgrade. To get your money back, see Refunds.

Questions
Do I lose my plan the moment I cancel?
No. You keep it until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account moves to Free.
Do my SmartLinks go offline when I cancel Music24?
No. Pages you published stay live on Free. They show the Music24 badge, and a custom domain pauses until you upgrade again.
I do not see Manage Subscription. Why?
Only the owner of the workspace sees it, and only for a plan bought on the web. A plan bought in the App Store or Google Play is managed in the store. Inside the iPhone and Android apps, a web plan shows Manage Subscription on iPhone and Manage on the web on Android, which open the web page.
