Invoices and receipts

Stripe emails a receipt for every web charge. Find your invoices in Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription.

Receipts

Stripe handles payments for plans bought on the web. It emails a receipt to your billing email for every charge. After a purchase, the confirmation screen shows Receipt sent to and the address.

Find your invoices

Open Settings → Subscription at music24.com/app.
Choose Manage Subscription. The Stripe billing page opens.
Find the invoice in the invoice history and download it.

Music24 has no invoice list of its own. The Stripe billing page holds every invoice.

Only the workspace owner can open the billing page. A team member asks the owner for invoices. See Billing when you are a team member.

Change the billing email

Receipts go to the email of the workspace owner. When the owner changes the account email in Settings → Account, the billing email changes with it.

Plans bought in the app

Apple and Google send the receipt for an App Store or Google Play purchase. Find it in your Apple purchase history or your Google Play order history. We cannot issue an invoice for a store purchase.

Where do I download a Music24 invoice?

Open Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription on the web. The Stripe billing page lists every invoice.

I did not get a receipt. What now?

Check your spam folder and the email of the workspace owner. You can also download every invoice from the Stripe billing page.
