History window and CSV export per plan
Your plan sets how many days back the charts go and how far down a ranking you can page. Here is every limit, and how CSV export works.
Free looks back 7 days. Artist looks back 90 days, Manager 180 days and Label 365 days. The 7-day trial gives you the full Manager plan, so it looks back 180 days.
The limits
| Plan | Days of history | Ranking depth | Days of Insights history |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 7 | 10 | 7 |
| The 7-day trial | 180 | 90 | unlimited |
| Artist | 90 | 40 | unlimited |
| Manager | 180 | 90 | unlimited |
| Label | 365 | 90 | unlimited |
- Days of history is how far back the date picker goes on playlist, artist, track and market pages. A range chip longer than that shows a lock.
- Ranking depth is the highest row a page of a ranking can start from.
- Days of Insights history is how far back your own artist portal numbers go. On Free, the 28 days and 90 days chips in Insights show a lock. See Insights: your own numbers.
What you see past the limit
- "Date … is beyond your history limit of … days": pick a later date.
- "Offset … exceeds your license limit of …": you paged past your ranking depth.
Export to CSV
On the web, each list on Home (Playlists, Tracks and Artists) has an Export CSV button on Manager and Label, and during the 7-day trial. It downloads the rows on the page you see, made in your browser. On Free and Artist, the button shows a lock with Manager and opens the upgrade window. See Home: your watchlist at a glance.
In the Android app, artist, track and playlist pages have an export button on Manager and Label, and during the trial.
Questions
Do I lose my history when I downgrade?
No data is deleted. The date picker only goes back as far as your new plan allows. Move to a bigger plan and the older days show again.
How far back does Free go?
Free looks back 7 days on the charts and 7 days in Insights.
