Publish, share and embed a page
Publish a SmartLink page, share it with a link or QR code, embed it on a website, and unpublish or delete it later.
Publish
- Open Promote → Smartlinks and click the page.
- Click Publish page.
- The page is live. Music24 shows its address and the ways to share it.
On Free, a counter next to the button shows how many of your 3 published pages are in use. See How many pages can I publish?
Changed a live page? Publish it again. Music24 confirms Changes published, and the live page shows the new version.
Share
- Copy the address and paste it anywhere.
- Share it straight to a Story, WhatsApp or X.
- Open QR code for posters, merch tables and flyers. Choose Download PNG or Download SVG.
- Add it to your bio link shows the page as a card on your profile page. See Your artist profile page.
More actions
The More actions menu on the page screen holds the rest:
- Duplicate makes a copy of the page.
- Change address edits the address of the page. See Page addresses and domains.
- Embed code gives you a widget for your website. Only a published page has one.
- Export pre-saves (CSV) shows on a pre-save page. See Pre-save fans and export.
- Unpublish page and Delete page, explained below.
Embed a page on your website
Choose More actions → Embed code. In Embed this smart link, set the Width, then Copy the code into your site. The widget always shows the live page, so a change you publish updates every embed. Views and clicks inside the widget count in the analytics of the page.
Unpublish a page
Unpublish page takes the page offline at once and makes it a draft again. Its content and analytics are kept. The link stops working, and another page can take its address while it is offline. Fans who already pre-saved still get the release. Publish it again from the editor whenever you want.
Delete a page
Your profile page (bio link) cannot be unpublished or deleted.
Questions
How do I get a QR code for my SmartLink?
Publish the page, then open QR code in the share options. Download it as a PNG or an SVG. It points at the same address as the link.
Does unpublishing a page delete its numbers?
No. Unpublishing keeps the analytics and the content. Only deleting the page removes them.
